Luxury electric car from Nissan's Infiniti stable

Nissan has released a teaser sketch of an electric Infiniti luxury car that it says it will launch in 2013. While rarely seen in Europe, the Infiniti is known for its high standards, so expectations will be high for this EV's range and power; and  the styling in particular will be crucial if it's not to undermine its parent brand.

The sketch really doesn't tell us much - hard to say if it's a sedan or a hatchback or even a coupe. Whatever the case, most of the comments posted on MotorTrend's article are enthused about this one.

I think I'll hold back judgment until I can see a bit more detail. This is too much like 'smoke-and-mirrors' for me just at the moment. And I'm not really sure about the Infiniti ICE family. A bit too clunky for my taste, but then I've never really understood cars that go down well in the US market.
