'Shame it's not quite there in the looks department.' So says a comment on Autoexpress about the T27 from Gordon Murray Design, said to be the world's most efficient electric car. Talk about understatement ... it looks like something from a kiddies' toy box that was cobbled up by Grandad when he'd been at the winegums again.
